Verify your email if prompted, then sign in. You'll land on your fleet home page — tender map, freight, weather, and announcements all in one view.
If you don't see a fleet yet, use the next section to join one.Your processor emails you a unique link. Click it, sign in (or create your account), then fill out the short join form. You're added instantly.
Check your spam folder if you don't see it.Your processor gives you a short code like BRISTOL2026. Sign in, open My Fleet, expand "Have an invite code? Join a fleet", type the code, and submit.
Your processor adds you using the email address you gave them. Sign in to bristolfleet.com and your fleet will appear on the My Fleet page right away.
Status shows Pending until they approve.Fleet managers: write your invite code on the line below before handing this guide out. Members type it in at bristolfleet.com → My Fleet → "Have an invite code?"

Your fleet home page shows every tender's live position, heading, and recent track on the map — updates as they move.
Click a tender marker to see its name, vessel info, current speed, and the time of the last update.
Use the tender map to plan your day — see when a tender is on its way to pick up your freight or heading back to the processor. No more guessing or radio calls just to find out where the boat is.
1. Download Bristol Maps from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Sign in with the same email and password as bristolfleet.com. 3. Tap Tools → Freight to see your packages — data stays available offline and syncs when you have signal.
